Tom and Melissa exchanged vows in a beautiful and reverent ceremony at Beaverton Foursquare Church. We stopped at the Portland Rose Garden for a fun session with the wedding party before heading over the hill to the World Forestry Center.

We just finished the edit for Melissa and Tom’s wedding. A fun filled day starting with their ceremony at Beaverton Foursquare Church, formals at the Portland Rose Garden followed with their reception at the World Forestry Center.

Tom and Melissa were married in a reverent and inspiring ceremony at Beaverton Foursquare Church. After the ceremony, we headed up to the Portland Rose Garden for a photo session with the couple and their wedding party. Then it was on to the World Forestry Center where they couple joined their family and friends in toasts, dinner, and a cake that was complimented with a platter of tuxedo strawberries. After dinner, the couple and their guests hit the dance floor to the sounds of Swing City!

Melissa was having so much fun with her beautiful vintage-style dress from Charlottes, she asked to play a little longer!

Congratulations Melissa and Tom! Their honeymoon plans were kept a secret, at least for the wedding night, so where ever you are – I hope you’re relaxing and reveling in your first few days as a husband and wife!

An Impromptu Photographers’ Dinner

Our friend Neil Van Niekerk is in town to conduct a lighting workshop at the World Forestry Center today. Last night a few of us met up for dinner and catching up at McMenamin’s on the Columbia.

Not a lot of shop talk, but a lot of fun and catching up with Neil and some of the local gang we don’t see nearly enough!
