The Northstar Ballroom was the setting for Erik and Robin’s wedding celebration on Saturday. The personal touches abounded at this event from signs and programs designed by Erik, to a unique set of salt and pepper shakers on each table (from Robin’s collection) to the toasts from those who convinced the two of them to take a chance on an internet set up.
Erik’s last minute touch up.
Robin in some beautiful door light.
A fabulous couple!
The signature beverage of the evening.
The new Mr. and Mrs. take a moment after the ceremony.
A funny moment at the toasts – a sigh of relief that Robin’s dad approves of the union!
This was a first – the groom was cut in half….but keep looking…
See, he’s fine, and spending a little time with his baby nephew.
The crowd was entertained by The Bureau of Standards Big Band

The magic trick was Erik’s gift to each guest.
And finally, the cake (from Beaverton Bakery) was as scrumptious as could be – however there was an entire layer left over! Robin and Lisa were bound and determined everyone take home a generous piece. We didn’t complain one bit!
By the end of the evening we felt like we had known the couple for years, and completely understood how thrilled their friends and family were that these two had found each other.
Congratulations to Erik and Robin!
